out of one page of words, only 1/4 is in eng, the rest are in thai with all those dots and curly whirly. how can i not be blind

but all the stats claims that its 2006
with the blinkie that screams NEWW! beside it
i stared at the bloody screen for one whole bloody hour scrolling down 326 pages of the thai NATIONAL report
they said it was availble in both thai and english
more like one word translation on the side
they call foreigners ALIENS lol
and they have hundreds of file and they dont label it wtf
and the content page just tell you what it is like stats, figures kind
like omg, state the bloody page plssssss
i'm dying after scrolling half of the 661 pages of yearly report
they dont even label they excel sheet
